Return and Exchanges Policy

Poker Beast does not support returns or exchanges if the customer failed to order the incorrect size, color, style or simply does not like the product.  However, Poker Beast will offer a replacement order or sales credit for the same item or item of equal value.  The item or credit will be issued only if the error was due to printing issues or material defect.  Once an order has been placed and confirmed, you are unable to cancel or edit order details.  Print Providers process and print orders immediately. 

Additionally, Poker Beast is not responsible if the shipment details were incorrect or the customer ordered the wrong item, size, color or style.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds due to customer error.  You are responsible of capturing the correct information for your order. 

If there are any other issues with the order, you can contact us via email at worldwidepokerbeast@gmail.com. Please provide the exact issue, a photo of the product and your contact information.  Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Order Processing Guidelines:   

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
  • We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted.  Submitted orders go directly to production and are processed immediately.
  • If you use PayPal, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
  • Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number and contact the shipping entity for updates.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
